

David Moore​

Dr. David D. Moore brings over 35 years of college level administrative experience to Interlearn in both public and private colleges. He has served as the Dean or Associate Vice Provost of International Education at Broward College in Fort Lauderdale, Florida since July 2005. At Broward he has been responsible for the creation and development of academic affiliations and exchanges with dozens of colleges and universities overseas. Dr. Moore has also overseen the international student recruitment and admissions efforts of the College and study abroad programs. During his tenure at the College, he developed active international partners throughout South America, Asia, and Europe delivering associate's degrees through Broward College where more than 2300 students were enrolled worldwide in nineteen teaching centers. Dr. Moore is also an expert in accreditation and has acted as institutional liaison to the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and School (SACSCOC) for over twenty years at two institutions, serving on thirty SACSCOC on-and off-site committees since 1993. David is as well a committed scholar himself, having taught college level history for over twenty years and holding a Ph.D. in higher education from the University of South Florida in Tampa. He is excited to work with Interlearn in developing new partnerships and transnational educational opportunities for students from around the world.
