Rick Rattray
Rick heads up Interlearn's development with universities. He is a career innovator working at the intersection of private and public-sector education, having founded several successful firms in the space.
Rick has held numerous senior executive roles with firms transforming the learning landscape, including Founding Managing Director of third-party pathway provider ILSC GlobalFoundations (sold to strategic buyer in 2019), SVP of Portfolio Management for transnational education provider, Shorelight Education, President of the platform company and then Executive Vice President of Products for the industry-leading SaaS training provider, ReliasLearning, leading the US division of Kaplan Global Solutions (university services) as SVP/GM and co-founder of Kaplan’s Online Program Management firm, Colloquy.
Rick has the pragmatism of an operator with experience running organizations with up to $100M in revenue. As a senior executive in organizations up to $2.5B, Rick brings deep domain expertise in on-ground, blended, and online learning for international audiences. Ricks holds an MPPM from Yale University.
